Do... Be... Become... Better...

As part of her holistic approach to therapy, Vicki uses her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help her clients physically and emotionally do better, be better and become better.

ACT is a widely accepted counseling approach that helps a person become aware (‘mindful’) of their thoughts, feelings and values, and then develop a clear path of action. Vicki has joined with other health providers in founding a Mindfulness network in Townsville.
